Meeting Point

The activity provider will send final meeting details (meeting location, time, guide's contact number, guide flag number) via email the day before departure. Please check your email and follow the information in it. We recommend adding the guide's contact info a day in advance for easy communication. On the travel day, platform customer service may not reply promptly due to working hours, thank you for your understanding. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure; the tour will start on time. The guide will be wearing a green vest with the JRT logo and holding a red flag marked with a J+ number. After receiving the email, please check the flag number and add the guide on WhatsApp for easy communication.
